Payment must be done to the driver at the end of the journey. Pay with cash only ! (USD or VND ; Exchange Rate of Currency).

After we receive your booking you will be sent a confirmation message. The confirmation email is your reservation.

The driver will not be able to accept more passengers or luggage than possible, due to safety measures. We charge an additional $2 for airport pickup service from 22h00 until midnight, $3 after midnight.

Customers are entitled to cancel the reservation by email or phone. We ask our customers to send the cancelation as soon as possible so we can have the car available for other customers.

Customers are limited to two items of luggage including a golf bag. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. Smoking is not allowed in our Transfer vehicles

The price quoted is fully inclusive of all extras. You may tip the driver if you wish but this is totally optional (there is no obligation).
